Spring Competition | William S. Boyd School of Law

The William S. Boyd School of Law is pleased to announce the 4th Annual Frank A. Schreck Gaming Law Moot Court Competition! The Competition focuses on emerging issues at the intersection of gaming law and regulation. This year’s competition will take place March 1–3, 2019, at the Boyd School of Law, in Las Vegas, Nevada. 

Registration opens Monday, September 17, 2018. The Frank A. Schreck Gaming Law Competition offers early bird registration and pricing, which ends Monday, October 15, 2018. Regular registration closes on Friday, December 7, 2018.

The competition problem will be developed with guidance from the faculty at the Boyd School of Law, which boasts the #1 Legal Writing program in the United States, as ranked by U.S. News and World Report. The Boyd School of Law is a pioneer in gaming education and is the only law school to offer an LL.M. in Gaming Law and Regulation. Last year’s competition welcomed 26 teams from around the country.
